Processing Time

All orders are handmade and/or carefully packaged by Emma Jo Artistry. Please allow 5–7 business days for processing before your order is shipped. Custom or print-on-demand items may take a little longer — if so, this will be noted in the product description.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight. Once shipped, delivery times are estimated as follows:

• Domestic (U.S.) Shipping: Typically 5–7 business days

• International Shipping (if offered): Delivery times may vary depending on location and customs processing

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays or holidays.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when available). If you haven’t received tracking after shipping, feel free to contact me.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Once a package is handed over to the carrier, Emma Jo Artistry is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused during transit. However, if something goes wrong, please reach out — I’ll do my best to help resolve the issue.

Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. If an incorrect address is provided, I cannot guarantee recovery or replacement.

If you're local to Maryland, I’m happy to arrange local pickup. Just select the option at checkout or contact me directly.
