Due to the handmade and/or made-to-order nature of the products offered by Emma Jo Artistry, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Please review all product descriptions and photos carefully before placing your order. If you have questions about an item, feel free to reach out prior to purchasing.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your package, please contact me within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. While I cannot guarantee replacements, I will do my best to make it right on a case-by-case basis.
